PayMyChildcare.com has been designed to save everyone time.

Your customers simply enter their secure account on line and select the child, invoice and invoice amount they wish to pay and then make their payment.

The monies are deposited directly into your chosen account by Barclays. This system has a full reporting package, saving you many man hours collecting payments, searching bank statements, banking trips and is also a guaranteed payment, so no more bounced cheques!

Please contact us if you wish to go ahead and we can start the ball rolling in allocating you a merchant account with Barclay's. This service does not cost you anything to set up. You get charged on the transactions that go through which are 40p per debit card transaction made by each parent, this cost is very low in comparison to how much the banks are charging these days to pay in your cheques at the bank (Some banks charge 67p per cheque banked!). The credit card charges are higher at 2%, all the customers currently using this service have asked that their parents do not pay by credit card and if they do they will be charged the 2% charge on their next months invoice, if this is however the only way a parent can make the payment then it is better to receive these funds than none at all.

When you have received your merchant number from Barclay’s we will set up your PayMyChildcare account, when you receive your account information you will be requested to:

Set up your preferences

The first step is to set up your preferences. This can be done by clicking 'Preferences' from the menu above. In here you can modify your centre's address and contact details and also upload your company logo. The logo you upload will be displayed on your parent's control panel once they have logged in.

Once you have configured your preferences you are ready to begin signing up your parents.

There are two ways you can do this. The first way is for you to sign up the parents yourself; this will probably mean creating and sending out a form for the parent to supply you the required information. The second is you can simply provide your parents with the link to the sign up form and allow them to fill in the form themselves.

Then wait for your payments

That's it! Just sit back and watch the payments come in

You can view the received payments by clicking 'Received Payments' from the menu above. This report allows you to quickly see how much money has been received through the system between any two given dates.
